DAY ONE – ALICE SPRINGS TO ULURU (Lunch & Dinner Included)
Your 3 Day Uluru Tour from Alice Springs starts with a sunrise departure into the dusty heat of Australia’s spiritual heart. After a fresh lunch it’s time for the cultural side of the 3 Day Uluru Tour From Alice Springs as you start your journey to the iconic Ayers Rock. At the base of the Uluru you can watch the monolith change colours in the roiling sun and hear fabulous tales peppered with myth and magic from ancient Aboriginal dream time stories. The Aboriginal Cultural Centre is the next place to explore and the perfect chance to immerse yourself in the splendour and simplicity of local life. Find out all about the old ways and ancient rituals, admire the locally inspired art and pick up beautiful hand crafted souvenirs to take back home. The highlight of the day will be the first time you witness the staggering sunset that melts over Uluru with a glass of champagne and nibbles in hand. Uluru at the end of the day is an unforgettable experience as you capture the flaming reds, soft strokes of lavender and burnt oranges erupting in the landscape around you. Finish a perfect day with dinner, a hot shower, campfire tales and a night of sleeping under the stars
DAY TWO – KATA TJUTA & KINGS CANYON (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included)
Next on the evocative Alice Springs Tour you can spend the morning hiking through the Valley Of The Winds at Kata Tjuta, after a hearty breakfast. This is one of the most exciting and mesmerizing walks on the 3 Day Uluru Tour as you admire the wonder of the 36 steep rock Olgas blushing in the sun. The sense of wilderness, the scrambling up and down cliffs and the weird and wonderful flora edging the rocks is an experience that seeps inside your soul in this magical place. From the dizzying heights of the lookouts you can gaze out across the prickled heat and mirage of colours the outback has to offer and take some spectacular photographs to capture the moment. After lunch, we will then travel to Kings Creek Station with spectacular views of the stunning George Hill Ranges along the way. Here we will enjoy an outback BBQ dinner and share stories around the campfire whilst retiring for the evening with another incredible night camping under the stars.
DAY THREE – KINGS CANYON (Breakfast & Lunch Included)
Day three begins with a hearty breakfast. Once refuled we will take on the spectacular Kings Canyon rim walk. Nestled in the Watarraka National Park, Kings Canyon is a remarkable environment of rugged scenery and carved red cliffs that shelter the lush Garden Of Eden that sits in the gorge below. It’s now time to make the journey back to Alice Springs, stopping at a Camel Farm for your free Camel Ride along the way.
