Discovery Parks is a great location to explore the surrounding area, while also having some fun onsite! The park has a swimming pool (with a slide), an activity room, and a bouncing pillow. There is also a BBQ, gym, camp kitchen, and hire equipment available. Onsite, the park offers a range of different activities throughout the year.

Room options

Discovery Parks has a huge selection of rooms to suit everyone’s budget needs. Dogs are also allowed for selected cabins and sites only! There are also powered and unpowered sites available for those who have their own setup and are camping.

Standard one bedroom cabin

The standard one bedroom cabin can sleep up to six people across two bunk beds in the room and a queen bed in the living area. You get your own bathroom, kitchenette, table, and TV. Though there is another standard one bedroom cabin that comes without an ensuite.

Standard two bedroom cabin

The standard two bedroom cabin is like the standard one bedroom cabin, but this one only fits four people. It’s also one of the pet friendly cabins!

Economy cabin

The economy cabin is perfect to sleep two people on the one queen bed provided. There is a fridge, table with chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, and a microwave. The room also has a wardrobe, TV, and is air conditioned. This cabin doesn’t come with an ensuite.

Superior cabin

The superior cabins have two options, one bedroom or two bedrooms. Both cabins fit up to six people across a queen bed and two single bunk beds.

There is a small kitchen with an oven, stovetop, and fridge. The cabin also includes a bathroom, TV, dining table ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

Safari tent

The safari tent can fit up to four people and has a small kitchenette with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There’s an outdoor area with tables and chairs to relax and enjoy your food.

Deluxe cabin

There are two deluxe cabin options, the studio and the two bedrooms cabin. The studio fits two people and the two bedroom cabin fits up to four people.

Both cabins have a kitchen with an oven, stovetop, and fridge. The cabin also has a dining table, TV, and a bathroom. Additionally, you get a ceiling fan and an aircon.

What’s Nearby?

You’re about a five minute drive from Alice Springs town centre. MacDonnell Ranges is nearby where you can go to the swimming holes or go on one of the many different hikes. You can also book a one day tour to Uluru!
