2 Day Uluru Tour from Uluru Itinerary
Day 1: Uluru Base Walk and Uluru Sunset (Dinner)
We’ll pick you up from Ayers Rock Airport or Ayers Rock Campground and head directly to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Here, you’ll learn about the fascinating spirituality of the Dreamtime. Next, we’ll embark on the Uluru Base Walk, which passes by several sites of religious significance, including Kantju Gorge, Mutijulu Waterhole, and ancient Aboriginal cave paintings.
As the sun begins to set, it’s the perfect time for a guided tour of the Mala Walk. Explore the ancient caves and marvel at the incredible rock art adorning the walls. After dinner, we’ll return to Ayers Rock Camp Ground, where you can enjoy a hot shower before settling in for the night in your swag or tent.
Day 2: Uluru Sunrise & Kata Tjuta (Breakfast, Lunch)
We’ll rise before dawn and head to the Uluru and Kata Tjuta viewing area to witness the spectacular orange and purple sunrise. Following this, we’ll visit the Valley of the Winds at Kata Tjuta, where your professional guide will explain bush tucker and the ancient rock formations that have existed for millions of years.
As our two-day adventure comes to a close, you’ll be dropped off at Ayers Rock Airport or Ayers Rock Resort if you’re extending your stay. Uluru is a truly magnificent landmark, and this two-day tour offers an easy way to explore the Red Centre of Australia and its most famous monument.
